We ask that you help maintain the peaceful, family-friendly environment of our neighborhood. • Children and infants (under 2 years) are welcome. Please supervise little ones at all times for their safety. Also please ask us for a pack and play if you need one. • Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Kindly keep noise to a minimum during these times, both indoors and outdoors, to respect our neighbors. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please do not invite additional visitors without prior approval. • Please treat our home with care and respect, just as you would your own. We appreciate your help in keeping the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Residential, suburban-mixed with nearby neighborhood retail. Immediate surroundings are mostly townhomes/condos and single-family neighborhoods; you’ll find convenience stores, fast food, pharmacies and small shopping centers. The area has a quiet, family-oriented feel by day and quick access (10–20 minutes by car) to major shopping plazas, Sun Lakes/Chandler corridors to the southeast, and outdoor recreation at South Mountain Park to the south.

most guests will use a car, Baseline Road is an arterial that connects east–west across southern Phoenix; major north–south roads nearby include 24th/32nd streets. Drive times: downtown Phoenix ~20–25 minutes depending on traffic; Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport ~15–20 minutes. Walking & biking: immediate area is car-oriented with sidewalks in many places; short neighborhood trips (groceries/food) are walkable. Bikes are a lot of fun on the south mountain trail 5 mins from the condo.
