*All guests must be registered within reservation (NO 3rd party bookings allowed)
*Quiet Hours are 10:00pm-8:00am , as a courtesy to neighbors
*Please respect the neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level
*Please remember to lock all doors and windows when leaving the house
*Please inform us immediately if something breaks, spills/or is stained in the home (guests are liable for all damages incurred during stay)
Note: If pool heating or cooling is desired, there is an additional fee of $70/day for this service (Winter months) & $100/day (Summer months). Please let me know at least 3 days in advance and please note the fee will be charged for the duration of stay, as it typically takes about 2-3 days to reach optimal temperature levels.
