Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum capacity of the property is 4 guests. Evidence of overnight stay of more than 4 guests will be liable to additional charges of $75 per guest. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. And don't forget to dispose of the garbage in the trash bin please 😊. We love cats & dogs 🐱🐶 and we understand that some folks like to travel with their pets, and so your furr baby is welcome to our place, however, any resulting damages to the property will be charged to the owner! Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner please. In case anything is not functioning properly please don't try to fix it yourself, we are happy to send maintenance anytime to take care of it! Damages by the guests must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Please follow the check-out timeline as housekeeping is going to be cleaning the condo to get it ready for the next guest right away. Hence, any and all late checkout times without prior approval are liable to a $50 per hour late checkout fee. Finally, please treat our home with respect.
